This document contains the Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) under which Trugame Experiences Private Limited (“Trugame”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) provides its services to you (“User”, “You”, “Your”).


By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using our website, mobile platforms, facilities, programs, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies published by Trugame from time to time.


These T&Cs supersede all prior communications and may be modified by Trugame at its discretion with prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.


Brand Ownership
Pickl’Out is a registered brand and intellectual property of Trugame Experiences Private Limited. All programs, leagues, tournaments, academies, events, digital platforms, merchandise, and community initiatives operated under the name “Pickl’Out” are owned, managed, and administered by Trugame Experiences Private Limited. Any reference to Pickl’Out on this website or related platforms shall be deemed to refer to Trugame Experiences Private Limited and its authorized operations.

2. SERVICES


Trugame is engaged in the business of organizing, managing, promoting, and delivering sports, fitness, recreational, and experiential programs, including but not limited to:

  • Coaching and player development initiatives

  • Sports facility management

  • Community engagement activities

  • Events, workshops, and camps

  • Digital platforms related to sports experiences

  • Merchandise and allied services


Trugame may offer services directly or through authorized partners, vendors, or affiliates.
All services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY


By using our services, you represent that:

 

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements

For minors participating in any activity, consent of a parent or legal guardian is mandatory.

  • Trugame does not guarantee uninterrupted payment services


5.2 Refunds & Cancellations


Unless otherwise stated:

  • Fees are generally non-refundable

  • Refunds, if any, will be governed by specific program policies

  • Administrative or processing charges may apply

  • Trugame reserves the right to cancel programs due to operational, safety, or regulatory reasons.

 

6. USER OBLIGATIONS


You agree to:

 

  • Follow all rules, instructions, and safety guidelines

  • Maintain discipline and sportsmanship

  • Respect staff, coaches, players, and facilities

  • Not engage in abusive, illegal, or disruptive conduct

  • Use facilities and equipment responsibly


Violation may result in suspension, termination, or legal action without refund.

7. HEALTH, SAFETY & FITNESS DISCLAIMER


Participation in sports and physical activities involves inherent risks.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

 

  • You are medically fit to participate

  • You consult a doctor if required

  • Trugame is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health complications

  • You participate entirely at your own risk.

 

Trugame recommends adequate insurance coverage for participants.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


To the maximum extent permitted by law:


Trugame shall not be liable for:

 

  • Personal injury, illness, or death

  • Loss of property or valuables

  • Business losses or missed opportunities

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Service interruptions or technical failures

  • Acts of third parties

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES


Certain services may be provided by third parties such as Payment gateways, Facility partners, Travel vendors, Equipment suppliers, Event partners. 


Trugame is not responsible for deficiencies in third-party services.
Any dispute with such providers shall be resolved directly with them.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY


All content on Trugame platforms including:

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

  • Designs

  • Videos

  • Photographs

  • Text

  • Course material


are the exclusive property of Trugame unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any content without written permission.

11. MEDIA & PUBLICITY RIGHTS


By participating in Trugame activities, you grant us the right to:

  • Photograph and record you

  • Use such content for marketing, promotions, and documentation


This includes social media, websites, and promotional material unless you object in writing.

12. DATA PRIVACY


Trugame collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data but do not guarantee absolute security.

13. INDEMNITY


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trugame, its directors, employees, and partners against:

Termination does not entitle you to automatic refunds.
